National Statutes for the Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria

1.

"Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria" is a member of "Hermandad de la Costa", an association that take care of international maritime traditions.

2.

The " Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria " operates under the direction of the National Captain, based on the Octalogo Principles, which was declared by the Founding Association of Chile on November 7, 1951 in Santiago de Chile.

The Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria is based on Tables, just as it does in other maritime associations in the world. Its operation is not time-bound.

4.

The purpose of the " Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria " is to unite the operation of the Tables at national and international level for those practicing, respecting and take care of maritime traditions.

The " Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria " does not live with political or religious discrimination, but respects the traditions of national seas.

6.

The right of the National Captain of the Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria is the sailing of all siblings who do not comply with Octalogo rules. The sailing is preceded by the investigation process and it is only after the result that the sailing can be carried out.

7.

The Captain's Council of the Brotherhood of the Coast Hungária elects the National Captain, whose mandate is for 5 years and can be re-elected upon expiry of the mandate. The National Captain proposes to the Captains' Council to appoint a National Writer.

8.

The Capitol Council of the Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria approves the establishment of a new Table if it complies with the requirements of the National and International Standards for the Establishment of Octalogo and Table.

9.

The " National Statutes for the Brotherhood of the Coast Hungaria" is the right of the Captain's Council to amend, supplement or rectify.
